CHEMINNOVA – BOLLARAM

At Bollaram (In Medak District of AP) we have a dedicated facility with modular clean rooms, 6 liquid lines which can produce 7 lac bottles per shift.  We have country’s largest liquid oral capacity. The manufacturing facility at Bollaram is designed, equipped & operated to deliver high quality products  as per US FDA norms.

Provision for tablets (including Bi-Layered tablets) & Capsules were provided looking into the latest technology, future growth plans & market potential. As a commitment to quality, all our facilities confirm to the schedule “M c GMP Compliant to manufacture various preparations.

CHEMINNOVA – BADDI

        At Baddi (In Himachal Pradesh) we have “Schedule M, cGMP Compliant facility where in the production commenced in the year 2005. The facility has a dedicated & fully equipped lab with modular clean rooms, 3 liquid lines which can produce 2 lac bottles per shift. Besides, the facility also rolls out tablets, capsules & dry powder preparations.

Cheminnova-Baddi has independent F & D, Q.C & Q.A departments to ensure quality & reliability of the products.

CHEMINNOVA – BALANAGAR

Besides, Zenon Labs the strong R & D Centre engaged in R & D activities at Balanagar, Cheminnova has Bactochem Laboratories, an associate company which is a fully integrated biological extraction unit.

CHEMINNOVA – PRAGNAPUR

This Upcoming facility at Pragnapur is a totally dedicated biological extraction unit. At this facility, the following extractions will be undertaken:

-          Extraction of Chondroitan Sulfate

-          Heparin extraction

-          Peptones & Soya Protein extractions

-          Liver extraction for veterinary use

-          Plant extracts like Senna & Vasaka

Cheminnova, in its endeavor to provide quality products at an affordable price has not only put up reliable facilities in India but with a thrust of making a headway is expanding the horizon of serving the ailing humanity in Philippines, Uganda & Kazakhstan. Cheminnova is putting up its own manufacturing facility for Cephalosporins, Ophthalmologicals, Antibiotics and other general products in these countries.

Cheminnova has entered into a joint venture with an Australia Healthcare firm, Rapid Nutrition, for weight loss Programme products. The Production, however, is yet to Commence.
